Project description:

Located to the north of Mexico City, Tres Lagos is a residential complex comprising 11 apartment blocks—10 of 13 floors and one of 7 floors, which functions as the entrance gateway, together with a 2-story multipurpose building.

The tower are distributed in such a manner to generate plazas and green areas between them. They present a double façade, one of which is made up of balconies and the other of volumes that emerge from the surface in different colors and are in turn broken up by other volumes.

The heart of the complex comprises a large central garden, into which is set a meandering pathway whose curves generate organically-shaped plazas and links between the buildings.

The development also includes a pool, gym, games room, multipurpose room, children’s play area, and multi-use games area. There is controlled access to the complex, and three parking levels.

Tres Lagos stands out thanks to its architecture, extensive green areas, and privileged location.
